Your chosen neighborhood handyman

Jake is a Hanover native who was raised with strong faith and integrity. He graduated from Roanoke College and went on to get his Masters in Health Administration. However, Jake has always felt a calling to help others. He pivoted to working in home improvement for a number of years and fell in love. Not only did he enjoy what he did, he had a knack for it. From backsplash tiling to installing light fixtures Jake has a wealth of experience in many areas of home improvement. He is excited to meet new clients and help them resolve their home maintenance issues. 

Jessica is also a Virginia native who helps Jake with the administrative side of Chosen Home Improvement. She is the mom of their two wonderful children and loves interior decorating. Over the years she and Jake have transformed their house into a home with their own "honey do list".  She currently manages all social media content for CHI, works behind the scenes and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy.  She looks forward to assisting potential clients with their inquiries.
